Welcome to the CWWCA 2025 Mid-Year Conference located at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center.
Join us for dinner and a LIVE AUCTION on July 11. Bring your contributions and bring your money to participate and raise money for CWWCA’s administrative, publication and lobbying efforts throughout the year. Dinner is included for all fully registered conference attendees or can be purchased a-la-carte for $60. (Dinner is not required to attend the Auction)
Each registration includes the following meals for ONE person. If you need additional meals for coworkers or guests, please include the number on the order form.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

Group room rate starts at $173 per night plus tax for a standard room and goes up based on the size of the room needed. WiFi is included. Cut-off date to make a reservation is Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full registration fees will be refunded prior to June 23, 2025. A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between June 23, 2025 - July 10, 2025.
