    Welcome to the CWWCA 2026 Annual Conference. The following information will guide you through purchasing your supplier footprint at our annual meeting!  PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONFERENCE.

    HOW TO SIGN UP & ORDER:

    The various options described to the left can be selected on the supplier registration form as well as your choices for exhibit space. Booths are numbered on the Exhibitor map and available on a first come, first served basis.  Or print out a paper copy of the order form, fill it out and email or mail to the CWWCA office for processing. Please include payment information or a check (address is on the order form). If you have questions, don't hesitate to call the CWWCA office at (720) 244-8024.

    If you wish to reserve a room with 2 Queen beds and/or would like to book the room pre or post event you will need to call the hotel at (303) 452-4100 to reserve your room.  Request the CWWCA 2026 group rate.  WiFi is included. 

    Cut-off date to make a reservation is Thursday, January 1, 2026 After January 1, hotel reservations are subject to space- and rate-availability.

    MEAL INFORMATION:

    Purchase of an exhibitor table includes meals for ONE person. If you have additional staff, additional meals may be purchased. There are also two supplier sponsored happy hours on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

    BUCK LIVELY SCHOLARSHIP FUND & AUCTION:

    The CWWCA Buck Lively Scholarship Fund is recognized as tax-exempt under IRS Code section 501(c)3 and voluntary donations are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution to the full extent permitted by law. CWWCA holds a live auction each year at the annual conference to raise money for local college student tuitions. Contributing items to the auction is a great way to make charitable donations to a great cause! 

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Full registration fees will be refunded prior to December 22, 2025. A $200 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between December 23, 2025 – January 6, 2026.

    Welcome to the CWWCA 2026 Annual Conference. The following information will guide you through purchasing your registration at our annual conference!

    If you have a disability and may require special accommodations, please notify us at EXECDIR@CWWCA.org at least (2) weeks prior to the conference. You can request an accessible room when using the online hotel registration link or you can call the hotel to register (303) 452-4100.
