HOW TO SIGN UP & ORDER:
Go to the CWWCA website at www.cwwca.org. Find the link to the "2024 Annual Conference - Supplier Registration. The various options described below can be selected inside the registration. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call the CWWCA office for further information.

You must book your hotel reservation separately by calling: 303-410-5000 and requesting the CWWCA Conference group rate. Cut off date to make a reservation is Thursday, December 13, 2023. Group room rate starts at $129 plus tax for a standard room. WiFi and parking included. Westin Westminster, 10600 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80020
Purchase of an exhibitor table includes meals for ONE person. If you have additional staff, additional meals may be purchased. There are also two supplier sponsored happy hours on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

BUCK LIVELY SCHOLARSHIP FUND & AUCTION:
The CWWCA Buck Lively Scholarship Fund is recognized as tax-exempt under IRS Code section 501(c)3 and voluntary donations are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution to the full extent permitted by law. CWWCA holds a live auction each year at the annual conference to raise money for local college student tuitions. Contributing items to the auction is a great way to make charitable donations to a great cause!
Full registration fees for sponsor table and additional meals tickets purchased will be refunded prior to December 14, 2023- this does not include sponsored meals. A $200.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations between December 14, 2023, and December 28, 2023. No fees will be refunded after December 28, 2023.
