What is the Board of Examiners?
This refers to the Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors. The Board of Examiners is the body responsible for promulgating, administering, revising and enforcing the Rules and Regulations for Water Well Construction, Pump Installation, Cistern Installation, and Monitoring and Observation Hole/Well Construction.
What are the Water Well Construction Rules?
The rules are two documents promulgated pursuant to the authority granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors in the Colorado Revised Statutes. These BOE Rules apply to licensing and license renewal, bonds and other forms of financial responsibility, continuing education requirements and remedial and disciplinary actions of the Board.
