or you can call: 1-888-627-8448 or 303-410-5000 and request the CWWCA Annual Conference group rate. Cut-off date to make a reservation is December 18, 2024. Group room rate starts at $149 per night, plus tax, for a standard room. Wi-Fi and parking included.
MEAL INFORMATION:
Each registration includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for Thursday and breakfast on Friday for ONE person. There are also two supplier sponsored happy hours on Wednesday and Thursday nights! If you need additional meals for staff or guests, please include the number on the order form.
BUCK LIVELY SCHOLARSHIP FUND & AUCTION:
The CWWCA Buck Lively Scholarship Fund is recognized as tax-exempt under IRS Code section 501(c)3 and voluntary donations are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution to the full extent permitted by law. CWWCA holds a live auction each year at the annual conference to raise money for local college student tuitions. Contributing items to the auction is a great way to make charitable donations to a great cause! Indicate on your order form if you wish to participate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full registration fees will be refunded prior to December 14, 2024. A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between December 14, 2024 - January 3, 2025. No fees will be refunded after January 3, 2025.
