CWWCA 2025 MID-YEAR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Welcome to the CWWCA 2025 Mid-Year Conference.  The following information will guide you through purchasing your supplier footprint at our annual meeting up in the mountains! 

ORDER FORM:

Please see the order form that follows this information.  Fill out your order and send to the CWWCA office for processing.  You can also register on-line - go to our website at www.cwwca.org.  Please include payment information or a check.  If you have questions, don't hesitate to call the CWWCA office at 720-244-8024 for further information.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

You must book your hotel reservation by calling: 1-800-525-2253 and requesting the CWWCA 2025 group rate.  The website link to register for a room is:

BEAVER RUN RESORT RESERVATIONS 

Group room rate starts at $173 plus tax for a standard room and goes up based on the size of the room needed. WiFi is included.  Cut off date to make a reservation is Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

MEAL INFORMATION:

Registration includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for Friday and breakfast on Saturday for ONE person.  If you need additional meals for staff or guests, please include the number on the order form below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full registration fees for sponsor table and additional meals tickets purchased will be refunded prior to June 23, 2025 - this does not include sponsored meals.
