Welcome to the CWWCA 2025 Mid-Year Conference.  The following information will guide you through purchasing your registration at our annual meeting up in the mountains!

If you have a disability and may require special accommodations, please notify us in writing at least (2) weeks prior to the conference.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

You must book your hotel reservation by calling: 1-800-525-2253 and requesting the CWWCA 2025 group rate.  The website link to register for a room is:

Group room rate starts at $ plus tax for a standard room and goes up based on the size of the room needed. WiFi is included.  Cut off date to make a reservation is Tuesday, June 11, 2025.

Each registration includes the following meals for ONE person.  If you need additional meals for coworkers or guests, please include the number on the order form below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full registration fees will be refunded prior to June 28, 2025.  A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between June 28, 2025 - July 11, 2025.
