Welcome to the CWWCA 2026 Mid-Year Conference located at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, July 9 – 11, 2026. 

** New this year. Thursday, July 9^th between 6:30 – 8:30pm we have planned a Supplier Sponsored Welcome Reception in Beaver Run’s Base 9. Base 9 has complimentary pool tables, darts boards, and other games. Stop by and say hello! ** 

Join us for dinner and a LIVE AUCTION on July 10. Bring your contributions and bring your money to participate and raise money for CWWCA’s administration, publication, and lobbying efforts throughout the year. Dinner is included for all fully registered conference attendees or can be purchased a-la-carte for $65. (Dinner is not required to attend the Auction.)

Each registration includes the following meals for ONE person.  If you need additional meals for coworkers or guests, please include the number on the order form.

Beaver Run Resort Reservations

Group room rate starts at $181 per night plus tax for a standard room and goes up based on the size of the room needed. WiFi is included. The cut-off date to make a reservation is Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Reservations after June16th will be provided on a space available basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full registration fees will be refunded prior to June 30, 2026. A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between June 30, 2026 - July 8, 2026. No refunds after July 8th.
