Welcome to the CWWCA 2026 Annual Conference. The following information will guide you through purchasing your registration at our annual conference!

If you have a disability and may require special accommodations, please notify us at EXECDIR@CWWCA.org at least (2) weeks prior to the conference. You can request an accessible room when using the online hotel registration link or you can call the hotel to register (303) 452-4100.

ORDER FORM:

Please see the print order form link at the bottom of this page.  Fill out your order and send to the CWWCA office for processing.  Please include payment information or a check (address is on order form).  If you have questions, don't hesitate to call the CWWCA office at (720) 244-8024.

You can book your hotel reservation by calling: (303) 452-4100 and requesting the CWWCA 2026 group rate or reserve via the website link to reserve your room:

Group room rate is $119 plus tax for a King room

If you wish to reserve a room with 2 Queen beds and/or would like to book the room pre or post event you will need to call to reserve your room (303) 452-4100 and request the CWWCA 2026 group rate rather than reserving it online.

WiFi is included. 

Cut-off date to make a reservation is Thursday, January 1, 2026.

MEAL INFORMATION:

Each registration includes the following meals for ONE person.  If you need additional meals for coworkers or guests, please include the number on the order form below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full registration fees will be refunded prior to December 22, 2025. A $200 fee will be charged for cancellations submitted between December 23, 2025 – January 6, 2026.
