Dear Fellow Contractors,
We just completed our 2009 Annual Conference, and out of that Conference I’m sure we all took something back to our prospective businesses that will be beneficial for us all. I feel we have a challenge before us that is going to require change. We all know change is going to happen. It’s inevitable. We need to make a decision as to whether "are we going to drive change, or are we going to let change drive us?"
We endure change every hour of every day, so it is part of every day life. We saw change when continuing education was required. We took that in stride and moved on. I would like to think that everyone benefits from the continuing education sessions.
I see a great start with all the hours of research and hard work that Todd Hunter, at the request of the CWWCA Board of Directors and the CWWCA membership, has put forth, in getting the process started. I personally want to express my gratitude. Everyone needs to get involved and "drive this change or it will drive us."
